Thank you for your purchase. Please familiarize yourself with some of our shipping policies.
1) Deco Giraffes offer FREE shipping on items $100 or more.
2) Customers must provide an accurate shipping address. At this time, we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
3) Shipping times are prompt from our facility. We DO NOT control the mail system. But if you provide us with a email address, social media contact, or a number that can receive any forms of messaging; we will send you the shipping information.
4) ALL items will be packed as fragile. We want to make sure you receive your items intact and ready to use.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your business. We here at Deco Giraffes want to make your experience the best we can. So if you are unsatisfied with your order here is what you will need to know and do.
1. Call Customer Care at 773-807-9042 and express your concern. Depending on the issue, we will try to rectify it the best we can.
2) Exchanges only are for like items and for similar prices and does not include personalized items.
3) Make sure all items are being repacked. Any absent cords, bulbs, adapters, etc will be charged a restocking fee.
4) Personalized items are FINAL. If we did not meet the design expectation, we are more than happy to fix it for you.
5) Pictures and copy of receipt are required upon receiving/returning of product.
6) If there are any alterations to the product, your exchange/return will be voided. So please return it the way we sold it to you for easier service.
7) We will email you a FREE return shipping label to send us the items back. Please make sure to include all of the original packaging.
